All IBC’s received with excess hazardous material residue will be rejected and returned to the shipper at the shipper’s expense. All IBC’s received with excess non-hazardous material will be charged a $25.00 per gallon disposal fee that is to be paid immediately.

All IBC’s must be reusable, otherwise a freight and IBC disposal fee will be charged. Useable IBCs have intact and non-crushed metal or plastic pallet base (no wood pallets accepted) and non-bent corrosion free metal framed cage.

IBC’s with “P” Listed or products on EPA’s List of Lists must be triple rinsed, labels removed and marked triple rinsed.
